Inspired by the long-running Women in Architecture Speed Mentoring program developed by AIA New York, this event connects students, emerging professionals, and experienced practitioners through a series of focused, small-group conversations. Participants will engage directly with women leaders from across architecture, design, construction, and allied professions, gaining insight into career development, licensure, leadership, workplace culture, and professional growth.
Designed to foster meaningful connections across generations and career stages, the format encourages open dialogue, mentorship, and the exchange of experiences that strengthen the architecture community. Whether seeking guidance, sharing expertise, or expanding professional networks, participants will leave with new perspectives, valuable connections, and a stronger sense of belonging within the profession.
