Springdale Green Site and Building Tour

Located on the site of a former brownfield, the reimagined Springdale Green campus represents a new kind of office campus designed to attract the creative workforce with extensive outdoor amenities, newly restored landscape, and a focus on sustainability and wellness. Nestled among a restored preserve, the project reverses years of ecological damage by transforming the industrial site into a verdant oasis.

The campus features two six-story office buildings that offer an entirely modern way of working with multiple outdoor areas, conference space with a dedicated outdoor patio, as well as a dedicated fitness and wellness center.

• Format:
  • 30-45 min. luncheon with presentation from Gensler & DWG
  • 1 hour tour of buildings and boardwalk area
