Event Info: T3 Eastside, developed by Hines and designed by DLR Group, is a 3-story Class A office building with 15 residential units and three levels of below-grade parking. Built from heavy timber, T3 (timber, transit, and technology) redefines the standard for the modern, creative office and honors the unique spirt of Austin’s Eastside neighborhood. T3 Eastside features several amenities for tenants to utilize, including a fitness center with a yoga studio, a tenant lounge, a rooftop patio, secured bike storage, a conference room, private tenant balconies, and on-site corporate residential suites.
Following the tour, we’ll meet for drinks at Cosmic Saltillo. The first two drinks are on us!
