The 89th Texas Legislature’s 2025 session was a landmark for housing, and many of the pro-housing bills that passed were drafted by this month’s guest speakers. Join us at the advocacy roundtable for a preview of statewide housing bills intended for the 90th Legislature, including proposals on corner stores, an SB 840 fix, pre-approved plans, elevator reform, and a statewide expansion of the IRC.
