Built from heavy timber\, T3 (timber\, transit\, and technology) redefines the standard for the modern\, creative office and honors the unique spirt of Austin’s Eastside neighborhood. T3 Eastside features several amenities for tenants to utilize\, including a fitness center with a yoga studio\, a tenant lounge\, a rooftop patio\, secured bike storage\, a conference room\, private tenant balconies\, and on-site corporate residential suites. \nFollowing the tour\, we’ll meet for drinks at Cosmic Saltillo.
