T3 Eastside features several amenities for tenants to utilize\, including a fitness center with a yoga studio\, a tenant lounge\, a rooftop patio\, secured bike storage\, a conference room\, private tenant balconies\, and on-site corporate residential suites. \nFollowing the tour\, we’ll meet for drinks at Cosmic Saltillo.
