It will delineate the principles of designing with continuous insulation and guide participants on adhering to the latest requirements outlined in the International Building Code for stucco assemblies. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nGain basic knowledge of the main components of standard stucco assembly.\nUnderstand the most important upgrades in a stucco assembly.\nUnderstand how to incorporate Continuous insulation into a stucco assembly.\nDiscuss new code requirements for drainage behind stucco.\n\n1 LU/HSW \nLunch provided by FacadesXi \n \nTina Cannedy is a Technical and Architectural Executive with a B.S. in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Florida and over 25 years of experience in exterior wall systems. She has led innovation and studied and contributed to building code compliance across gypsum\, water-resistant barriers\, and cement board assemblies\, with specialized expertise in EIFS and stucco.
