DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT \nCRAN December 2023 Tour: Cuppett Kilpatrick Architects\nA Second Empire-style Austin Landmark in 78703 is being renovated and rehabilitated to accommodate 21st century technology and modern sensibilities. The rusticated stone structure\, circa 1898\, is being restored; previous additions have been demolished or stripped to structure. A new modern addition lightly touches the original home. To distinguish the original stone structure\, a Kebony wood rain screen clads the new interventions. An exposed steel structure weaves the masses together.
