DESCRIPTION:Austin’s HOME Initiative: What’s Next? \nJoin and participate in a discussion with members of the AIA Austin Housing Advocacy Committee who work on multiple housing efforts and specifically the HOME Initiative this past year. We will discuss what passed\, when it will come into effect\, and what new opportunities are available for housing projects. Looking ahead to 2024\, we will also discuss the potential for further revisions to improve access to housing opportunities through HOME Phase 2 and the 2024 Code Adoptions.
