DESCRIPTION:Join Us for AIA Austin WiA’s Book Club! \nUnreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect by Will Guidara is a book about transforming ordinary service into extraordinary experiences by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
