In collaboration with SFR we will hear from Stephi Motal of Black + Motal Architecture & Urban Design. \nStephi will discuss her 29-year career at B+M\, their diverse services offered\, as well as their advocacy work and efforts to grow Austin’s missing middle housing. \n\n\nStephanie Motal\, AIA\nStephi Motal has been with Black + Motal since 1996. She began as a young intern and continued to work while pursuing her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin\, which she received in 2004. \nMs. Motal wears many hats and serves as the key institutional memory of the firm. She has contributed her design expertise\, superior project management skills\, and understating of construction practices to most of the firm’s projects over the last two decades\, always prioritizing the client experience. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAIA Austin
