Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect by Will Guidara is a book about transforming ordinary service into extraordinary experiences by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations. Guidara uses stories from his career, including his time at Eleven Madison Park (which under his leadership was named the Best Restaurant in the World), to illustrate how creating a “hospitality-first culture” can build loyalty and improve business by making people feel seen, valued, and cared for. Book club led by Annemarie Diaz, UDCP.
We’ll meet every other Thursday at 7:00pm via Zoom for ~45 minutes to chat and share insights.
