Austin’s Convention Center plays a vital role as an economic engine for the Austin metro area and is undergoing a major redevelopment. Please join us as we continue our focus on significant projects on the east side of Downtown that are reshaping the public realm. Katy Zemesnik, Assistant Director of the Austin Convention Center will speak in a two-part series on the redevelopment of Austin’s Convention Center. This meeting will explore the Convention Center planning and programming that form the basis of the new facility’s design. Our November meeting will include members of the architectural team who will give us a first look at the schematic design of the new facility.

HYBRID; PLEASE NOTE: this event is the third Thursday this month.
