Urban Design presents ATX Public Realm: St. Austin

Join us for a discussion of the P3 (public-private partnership) urban design project near the UT campus that transformed a 100-year-old church site into a 29-story student housing tower. The ground lease revenue from this P3 enabled St. Austin Catholic Church & School to also build a new school and ministry center. Brian Roeder from Page/ and Christopher Kennedy from St. Austin Catholic Church & School will present this recently completed project.
