This inspiring initiative driven by AIA Austin’s Latinos in Architecture serves as a beacon of creativity, inviting the community to engage with piñata-inspired artworks and enjoy complimentary piñatas.

Since its inception in 2015, the exhibition has grown into a pivotal feature of the festivities, celebrating the resilience and creativity of Austin’s Latino community and the broader East Side residents. The event not only highlights Austin’s rich Latino heritage but also stands as a testament to the community’s significant influence on local culture.
