Unicorn Lots – Addressing the Challenges of Building on Undeveloped Lots in Austin

With Austin’s growth, it’s not often you find an acre of undeveloped land overlooking Lake Austin. Undeveloped lots come with their own issues: addressing the native environment; bringing in power, water, and waste management. There are a lot of layers to the planning and collaboration at the onset of the project. Lakeview Terrace is an Architect as Developer project: finding a lot in an area with growth potential was critical to site selection. The single-family home will be just under 7500 s.f. with garage.
