COTE: Indeed Tower Building Tour

This 36-story office tower incorporates rainwater reclamation, is all electric, and employs historic building reuse, making it an exemplary contribution to the Austin skyline. The building’s accolades include Austin Green Awards 2024, LEED Core and Shell v4 Platinum, 4-Star Austin Energy Green Building, and WELL Health-Safety rating. We’ll start with a presentation about the building from Page’s architecture, interiors, and sustainability teams. The building owner Kilroy will also be available for questions. After the presentation, we’ll explore the building’s common spaces including the lobby that incorporates an adjacent historic post office.
Parking: We encourage the use of public transit and biking to this event. Paid parking at the building is accessible via Colorado street. Additional meeting details will be sent in the registration confirmation email.
