COTE Hybrid CLT Tour

This project is an exemplary demonstration of the value of sustainable structural design. Not only is this project Austin’s first CLT building, but it also demonstrates the benefits of using a hybrid CLT and steel system to create more environmentally conscious buildings without sacrificing large spans and desired architectural solutions.
