Since 2004, the UNO has guided the growth west of UT Austin into one of the densest parts of the city and a case study for walkability and affordability. Join us for a conversation with Alan Pani and the City of Austin Planning Department about proposed updates to UNO – including increased heights of up to 600′, enhanced community and affordability requirements, and how this all relates to Austin’s future light rail and equitable transit-oriented development.
