October Advocacy Roundtable Topic: Compatibilty

Join the AIA Austin Advocacy team and speaker Timothy Bray, Policy Advisor for City Council Member Chito Vela, for a discussion about compatibility changes. Austin City Council is on track to pass city-wide compatibility reform this spring that will bring Austin’s standards in line with other cities. Austin’s compatibility reforms are very strict and severely limit multifamily and commercial development next to single-family zoning. CM Chito Vela is leading on these efforts and his policy advisor on land use, Timothy Bray, will speak about the upcoming reforms.
