Introduction by:

Kevin Holder with 787 Development

Kevin Holder owns 787 Development, where Kevin specializes in creating more efficient and healthier homes by mitigating air leakage in the building envelope and duct systems. By applying two proprietary and revolutionary products, AeroBarrier and Aeroseal, Kevin learned that accomplishing these goals can be affordable and uncomplicated, yielding amazing results. As a previous builder and experienced with the challenges of building high-quality, efficient homes, Kevin researched many different products and methods that would enable himself and builders alike to quickly achieve these goals

Dedicating himself to sustainability and simplifying the build process to create the biggest impact for the end user, Kevin is passionate about procuring a simple, seamless experience that will improve the quality of buildings for decades to come. Kevin was so excited about what he found that he decided to shift from being a builder to helping builders build better!

In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two children, and when he’s not with them, you can find him on the golf course enjoying the outdoors.
